    Questions about fares and bookings

    How is the outstation fare calculated?
    Outstation fare is the per-km rate multiplied by the distance, with a daily minimum km. Driver bata is added per day. Tolls, parking and state permits are paid at actuals.
    Is the driver's food and stay included?
    The driver bata covers the driver's food. For overnight trips, the driver sleeps in the vehicle or you can arrange a room.
    Do I need to pay an advance?
    A small advance by UPI confirms the booking. The balance is paid at the end of the trip.
    Can I cancel or change my booking?
    Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Changes to date or vehicle are done on WhatsApp.
    Are the vehicles air-conditioned?
    All cars and vans are AC. Buses are available in AC and non-AC options; the vehicle page shows which.
    Do you provide GST invoices for companies?
    Yes. Share your GSTIN when booking and the invoice is sent after the trip.
